1. The Awesome Foundation

Have a crazy brilliant idea that needs funding? We award $1,000 grants every
month. It couldn't be simpler! Your idea is yours alone. We don't want a stake in
it. We just want to help you make it happen!
The Awesome Foundation is an ever-growing worldwide community devoted to
forwarding the interest of awesome in the universe. Created in the long hot
summer days of 2009 in Boston, the Foundation distributes $1,000 grants, no
strings attached, to projects and their creators. At each fully autonomous chapter,
the money is pooled together from the coffers of ten or so self-organizing “micro-
trustees” and given up front in cash, check, or gold doubloons.
2. Chick fil A Grant program

Applications for the 2024 True Inspiration Awards will be accepted March 1-June
1, 2023.
True Inspiration Awards® grants range from $30,000 to $350,000, with a collective $5
million awarded annually to organizations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Eligibility
To be eligible to apply for a True Inspiration Awards grant, an organization
should:
Be either (i) a 501(c)(3) based in the U.S. or (ii) a Canadian charitable organization that
can provide an opinion of counsel that confirms it is the equivalent of a U.S. 501(c)(3)
public charity in its home jurisdiction.
3. Amazon (AWS) Tech Grant

A public grant opportunity is open to registered nonprofit organizations who are
using cloud technology to accelerate their missions.
AWS (Amazon Web Services) Imagine Grant Program is offering to fund
nonprofit organizations in need of funding for foundational technology projects,
seeking integrations with advanced cloud services.
4. NASCAR Day of Giving
Deadline: May 1, 2023

To be eligible to participate in the NASCAR Giveathon non-profit organizations
must be a qualified as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity. Priority will be given
to charities that reside within a 100-mile radius of NASCAR sanctioned track
venues.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
In order to make the process easier, please gather ALL required documents and
information BEFORE starting your registration. In addition to basic information
about your organization, its mission, and key contacts, please be prepared to
provide:
• Your organization's IRS Determination Letter
• Your organization's EIN number
• If your EIN/nonprofit is already in the system, you will not be able to use
this inquiry form and need to log into your existing account. For assistance,
contact support@fanthem.io.
• Your organization's most current year of completed financials such as the
Form 990, Form 990-EZ, etc.
5. $25K Human Services Grant

Deadline: Rolling
The Standard Charitable Foundation awards up to $25,000 in grant funding for
nonprofit programs that build healthy communities and help maintain their vitality,
and programs that address major human services issues affecting children and
families. Special emphasis is placed on programs that help individuals and families
who have experienced a major disability or the loss of a loved one.
6. $20K Domestic Violence Shelter Support (Mary Kay)

The Mary Kay Foundation makes grants of up to $20,000 to organizations that aid
survivors of domestic violence by operating emergency shelters.
Each year, the grant cycle opens in early January and the deadline for
applications is the end of April. Applicants will be required to provide
detailed information on services / programs offered, population served and
various other questions. Additionally, each shelter may attach a letter of
recommendation from a Mary Kay Independent Sales Force member within
their grant application attachments.
Grant Applications for the 2023 cycle will be accepted from January 1
through April 30, 2023. Please follow the link below to access the application
portal. Applicants must create a Grants Connect profile through Your Cause
to apply. Shelters who received a 2022 Grant, are not eligible to apply this
grant cycle. Grants are awarded in the amount of $20,000, with a minimum of
one grant awarded per state.
7. $6.5M Postsecondary Success Grant

Deadline: Rolling letter of inquiry (LOI)
Carnegie Corporation of New York provides grant funding up to $6,500,000 to
nonprofit organizations with a focus on improving college access and completion,
particularly for low-income and first-generation students, as well as efforts to
better align K–12 learning, higher education, and careers.
Carnegie Corporation of New York requires a letter of inquiry submitted via this
website to initiate the grant application process.
Letters of inquiry are accepted on a rolling basis; there are no deadlines. Please
note that we do not seek, and rarely fund, unsolicited grant applications.
If your organization is interested in determining if project support from the
Corporation is likely, and then submitting a letter of inquiry, please:
• Carefully review all of the information about our grantmaking programs,
goals and strategies, and any funding exclusions. Read the program
descriptions to see if the proposed project aligns with the Corporation’s
priorities and funding strategies;
