General Statement of Duties

Under limited supervision is responsible for serving civil process such as claim and delivery, summons and complaints, evictions, check warrants, etc. Transports prisoners as needed and maintains courtroom security. Reports to Office Manager and Judge.

 

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with successful completion of at least a Class III officers as prescribed by the SC Criminal Justice Academy and at least 5 years of law enforcement experience. Must possess a valid SC driver’s license. Must be able to maintain required level of proficiency in the use of firearms, legal updates, and evasive driving skills.

Delivery Driver and Logistics Position

We are seeking a Delivery Driver and Logistics coordinator for the mission-driven Pee Dee Food Hub.  Responsivities include: Delivering produce within assigned rote schedule and time windows; carefully driving and operating a 26’ refrigerated truck; customer relations; logistical coordination; loading and unloading produce; inspecting and maintaining vehicles; aggregate and prep product for delivery; operate loading equipment; general maintenance and cleaning of faculties and equipment; maintain product safety and traceability; assist with a variety of activities to contribute to the success of the Pee Dee Food Hub. 

The Delivery Driver will make numerous stops averaging 150 miles a day.  This position reports directly to the PD Food Hub Director and works collaboratively with other PDF staff members

Minimum Requirements

Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.  A minimum of two years’ experience as a delivery driver is preferred, and experience working directly with producers / farmers and / or restaurants and grocery stores is highly desirable.  The ideal candidate must also possess effective communications and interpersonal skills.  CDL is preferred however not mandatory.

General Statement of Duties

Under limited supervision is responsible for coordinating, directing and supervising the activities of the Marion County Public Works Department.  Manages and supervises Public Works Departments including Roads and Bridges, Solid Waste Disposal System, and Equipment Maintenance.  Aids in the design and preparation of construction plans, specifications and contract documents, subdivision plans, construction review, and related.  Reports to the County Administrator.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or related with six to nine years of experience in local government, at least three years of which were at the management level; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.  Must possess a valid South Carolina driver’s license. Must be able to maintain ICC and LLR Certifications.

General Statement of Duties

Under general supervision performs an assortment of duties necessary in administering first aid treatment to and transporting sick/injured persons to medical facilities. Operates vehicle, prepares reports, conducts general housekeeping activities etc. Exercises judgement in dealing with patients and in various situations. Strives to ensure prompt response to emergency calls. Works under stressful, high-risk conditions, works on an on call basis. Reports to Director of Emergency Services/Paramedic.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma and certification as an Emergency Medical Technician - any level, with two years of experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provided the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must hold required certifications including CPR. Must have a valid South Carolina Driver’s license and be at least twenty-one years of age. Must also submit to pre-employment drug screening.

General Statement of Duties

Under general supervision performs a variety of activities pertaining to the County Jail in accordance with established policies, regulations and procedures.
